What SaveMyAIChat does
AI conversations often contain research, drafts, decisions, tutorials, and work instructions. SaveMyAIChat helps you turn a loaded conversation into a file you can read, store, and reuse without sending the chat body to a remote document-conversion service.
Open a supported conversation, choose the full chat, selected messages, or latest answer, select a format, and download the result locally from your browser.
Supported platforms and formats
The current release supports ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. You can export to PDF, Word (DOCX), Markdown, JSON, SVG image, or Notion-ready Markdown. Notion-ready output is a local Markdown file; SaveMyAIChat does not request Notion OAuth access or publish anything automatically.
Privacy by design
Chat text and generated files stay in the browser export workflow. Google sign-in, account plans, subscriptions, payments, and usage records are separate service operations. Visitors can complete up to 10 successful exports without signing in; the guest count is stored locally in Chrome storage.
Product boundaries
The extension works with content currently loaded in supported AI chat pages. It is not an automatic backup, certified archive, or guarantee that every source-page feature will be reproduced. Source-page changes, lazy-loaded messages, browser memory, and large conversations can affect extraction quality, so important exports should be reviewed. NotebookLM and DeepSeek are not supported in this release.
