By accessing savemyaichat.org, installing or using the extension, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and follow the laws and organizational policies that apply to you.
The SaveMyAIChat service
SaveMyAIChat helps users export loaded ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini conversations as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, JSON, SVG, or Notion-ready Markdown files. The extension is a productivity utility, not an automatic backup, eDiscovery system, legal-hold service, certified compliance archive, or guarantee that every source-page feature will be reproduced.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights you have in content you export and are responsible for having permission to access, copy, retain, download, and share the conversations you select. Review important output before relying on it. Browser memory, source-page changes, lazy-loaded content, and third-party restrictions can affect results.
Free access, plans, and billing
The pricing page describes the current guest allowance, paid plans, prices, renewal behavior, and cancellation controls. Paid access begins after payment confirmation. Recurring plans renew at the interval disclosed at checkout until canceled; one-time passes expire without renewal. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not bypass quotas, payment controls, authentication, security measures, or browser restrictions.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not export content when doing so would violate another person's rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.
Intellectual property
SaveMyAIChat and its software, branding, templates, website materials, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, or create a competing service from protected parts of SaveMyAIChat.
Availability and termination
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or access for product development, security, legal compliance, third-party changes, or business operations. We may suspend access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal necessity, or material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SaveMyAIChat is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every source-page or browser change, perfect reproduction of every message, or suitability for a particular legal, regulatory, tax, or retention requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
