Account, subscription, and usage requests are separate product operations; they are not the same thing as sending a conversation to a remote document converter. Limits and recovery
When a ChatGPT export needs a second look
Long conversations can be lazy-loaded, and ChatGPT may show only part of the thread until you scroll. Images, citations, interactive cards, or formula layouts can also depend on what the page has exposed at that moment. If a file looks incomplete, do not assume the content was intentionally removed: finish loading the source, refresh the panel context, and export the smaller section again.
A smaller scope is a useful fallback. Selected messages or the latest answer can produce a more dependable handoff than forcing a very long page into one document. Markdown and JSON are also practical diagnostic formats because they make it easier to see whether the text and message roles were collected before you retry PDF, DOCX, or image output.
